This Privacy and Cookie Policy provides the essential information regarding the protection of personal data transferred to ARGEYA Yazılım Tur. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("ARGEYA Yazılım"), and informs visitors of the website www.argeya.com about the cookie policy and how it can be managed. The primary regulation regarding the protection of our customers' personal data is the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. Additionally, the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 also includes provisions regarding the protection of personal data. The Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 foresees criminal sanctions for unlawfully recording, capturing, disseminating personal data, and failing to delete, destroy, or anonymize data even after retention periods have expired.

Moreover, personal data must be collected and used to fulfill our obligations arising from the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2) What methods does ARGEYA Yazılım use to collect personal data?
